INTERIM CHANGES TO AMS – Requiring Veteran Small Business Certification Program (VetCert) Certification for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses
December 21, 2023 - On January 26, 2023, the FAA posted an FAE Memo that added an interim change to the Acquisition Management System (AMS), to allow FAA Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors that utilize SDVOSB acquisition under the AMS to be eligible through self-certification via a 1-year grace period, which ends December 31, 2023.
