The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME)/Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Industry Day was held in O’Fallon, IL on April 21, 2022. The FAA Small Business Office (SBO) attended the event which was held at the Regency Conference Center. The conference featured speakers from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Air Force, Federal Aviation Administration, and Industry Partners, and also featured roundtable networking opportunities. Approximately 200 Industry participants were in attendance.
The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) builds leaders and leads collaboration among government and industry to develop multi-disciplined solutions to national security infrastructure challenges. Founded in 1920, the Society unites public and private sector individuals and organizations from across the architecture, engineering, construction, environmental and facility management, cyber security, project planning, contracting and acquisition, and related disciplines in support of national security.
